The Paseo Financial Group Inc. was founded almost 14-years ago here in Santa Clarita. It has just recently changed its name to The Paseo Financial Group Inc. as it has expanded to handle the ever increasing needs of its value-added clients. The Paseo Financial Group's Mortgage Division is still called The Home Loan Pros and has garnered the much earned reputation as the premier mortgage lender in the Santa Clarita Valley. The Home Loan Pros can currently lend in almost all of the 50 states. In 1994 SCV Closing Services was opened to help their clients with escrow services for refinances, purchases, and or selling their homes. We found that the customer service level in the escrow industry had hit an all time low and many of our mortgage clients were never even meeting their escrow officer during the escrow period. Clients only met with escrow assistants or notaries that charged exemplary fees! You as a client of the Paseo Financial Group have complete access to our escrow officer by phone, in person, or by email. Their Real Estate Sales Division opened in 1995 and is called Oak Tree Realty. Oak Tree Realty - A Better Way To Buy Or Sell has some of the most unique and high-tech marketing programs in the real estate industry. If you purchase a home with Oak Tree Realty and then use its affiliate company, The Home Loan Pros for your financing, we will concede 25% of the selling offices (our) commission to you in the form of a credit through escrow.
